Great food This restaurant is on the smaller side and is not good for large groups. A set menu is enforced for parties over 8 which can get quite pricey since they require that you have 3 courses. This little BYOB has yummy food and for most items on the menu you can substitute tofu for the meat in the entrees. Bring your own tequila to add to their margaritas.
Lolita This is a great byob authentic Mexican restaurant. The space is small, and it is very pricey, but worth it. The same owner owns Grocery and Open House.
Best Grill around I had the Borrega, borrega which is grilled lamb loin, jalisco spiced lamb birria, huitlacoche-cotija stuffing, and pickled red onion ($24)...very very very tasty. This place is a Dark long room with a curtain in covering the front door. It's best to make reservations but you can walk in on some nights. The staff can be a little too perfunctory sometimes but you can byob. -Al

Upscale mexican cuisine Lolita restaurant is a great gem servincg the upscale mexican cuisine. They have great combinations for drinks and food. Try their margaritas you will not be dissapointed. The fresh seafood is masterfully seasoned and paired with unusual flavors.
One of the best in Philly This byob stylized Mexican is one of the best restaurants in Philly. I've been many times and no dish disappoints. It's a busy place, expect to wait, but it's worth it and you can byo your tequila t o mix with marvelous fresh juices.

Great food, good value, wonderful service! Highly recommend. My husband and I Each had the 3 for$29. We ordered the salad and nachos and guacamole and shared! Delicious! For an entree I ordered the roasted chicken enchiladas and hubby ordered the pork carnitas nachos. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals but had to take 1/2 home as we had to save room for the dessert! The red sangria was great and he had the Modelo which was a bargain at $5 a can. Our waiter Elon was wonderful and very attentive! I highly recommend.
Eat the Lolita burger. You will not be disappointed!
