This is now my go to shop for Transmission work.
Called earlier this week to discuss repair work I need for my truck. Spoke with the owner, Brent, who was very helpful, gave lots of options, and had the best estimated price by far compared to anyone else I called. He really seems to know his stuff, and I appreciate that he took time out of his day to address my issue and answer my questions. Great customer service and great prices. Was traveling from out of state to buy a vehicle and called to see if they had availability for pre purchase inspection. They were booked for the rest of the week but still found time for the seller of the vehicle to swing by and drop off the vehicle for an inspection. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
I really like Brent and Kim, they are honest, forthright, and very punctual. It has been a struggle to find a shop we can trust, glad we were recommended Lokker!
I decided to try Lokker because my company uses them for our fleet vehicles. My company vehicles have always ran very well under their care. I have an older vehicle with high mileage (225k). I needed ABS work and Transmission issues that I didn’t want to tackle myself. I brought it in and they repaired the issues and kept me updated so there weren’t any surprises. When got the invoice I decided this is my new shop. Amazing prices, honest and talented people.
