Excellent food and service! Our waitress was very attentive and patient with our large party. Everyone loved their food.

After a dinner that was a bit disappointing, from late notice that what I ordered being unavailable to slow service, the manager made it right. Logan's did the RIGHT thing and made sure I would be back. Well done!

Service sucked, food came out cold, flavor of heavy salt on meat, place had a dirty (grunge) feel about it.
This review is not for the food because we were not able to eat. We weren't able to eat because they would not seat us. They were having trouble making change for a takeout order so we waited for a long time while several employees walked by us and made no effort to help. We didn't receive a hello or any kind of acknowledgement whatsoever. Not even a "we'll be right with you." We finally gave up and left. Terrible customer service. Your loss was Olive garden's gain.
Just left there after an hour wait to get our food. AFTER I had to complain about it. My kids were asking to go home before they even got their meals. When it came out steaks that were ordered medium rare were all well done. Lobster was ice cold like it was sitting for quite a while. Got 1 drink right out of 5. Service was horible and management was even worse. Manager wanted to give the bill an employee discount when half of us never even ate. My Ribeye and lobster tail was so bad I never even took a bite.
