I ordered a takeout meal tonight and everything about it was awful. First I waited 20 min. before anyone even talked to me about my order then after I paid and my meal was brought to me I was told that I would have to wait another five to ten minutes for the rolls. I wasn't to stressed about that so I said I didn't need them. When I got home to enjoy my meal there were onion peels in my salad my steak was undercooked my sweet potato was not cooked all the way and everything was cold. Food was good, a little overpriced, but good. My sons meal was messed up but it was corrected. Had a really nice waitress and everyone else was courteous too.
I have been here at least five times.... I have never been here and left thinking I got my money's worth. Service was fine but the food reminds me of Ponderosa. Which is fine if I was paying 6.99 for my meal. Not very good.
Met family there tonight! Our experience was nothing short of horrendous! Service was terrible(slow and lack of communication). Took 15min just to get drinks. When the server came to FINALLY get our order it took him another 25min to get our salad. Server finally informs us they were out of the steak my dad ordered. My dad picked another cut of steak(ribeye). The manager(who was far from helpful) came out to explain they burnt his steak and had to make another.
