I think they can do better in the kitchen, i had to send many dishes back because it was over cooked or cold.
Horrible experience, waited very long time for service once seated, waited even longer for food to be done. The chicken was undercooked. Waitress mixed cards with bills at our table. The manager said there was nothing he could do do but give a credit $10 for our next visit. Do not come here!
The food quality wasn't worth the price of which was paid and the service was poor as we had one glass of water the entire time with our meal. The cheese wasn't even melted on my girlfriends sandwich like it should have. All that was good was the salad and rolls. It was also my birthday and sad to say but I wish me and my girlfriend had spent our money else where. I am sorry to say but I will not eat there again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I choose the wings and the wings were so small, like pigeon size. $10 for 8 wings. Not worth the money. My son ordered a burger cooked medium. It came out cooked over well done. It was hard as a brick. Talked to manager, he didn't care at all. Will not go back.

Service was so so but only because she was dealing with what she had or didn't have to be politically correct. There were no clean glasses in the restaurant Overly staffed with wait staff but understaffed with cooks. Between running back and forth between tables trying to fetch new glasses for refills she didn't have time to bring more than one basket of rolls. Management should've really stepped up and helped out. Poor service for the second time in a couple months. Not Looking good.

If I could of had a negative that's what it would have been. A organization I belong to has had a meeting dinner here for the last 3 years. All 3 have sucked. Like in baseball 3 strikes and your out. The steaks were cooked wrong, salmon was dry and the ribs were so over cooked you couldn't stick a fork in them. You would figure with a bill over $200 they would care. Guess not. It didn't even do any good to send anything back.

I took my family to Logan's today for dinner. We had never been to a Logan's before but we were very pleased with our experience there. Whenever we show up to a restaurant it can be a little overwhelming because my wife and I have 6 kids with me and it is not always easy to get a seat with a server "happy" to see all of us. We was seated right away our waitress was very nice polite and quick. We received our meals promptly and the food was excellent! Not one complaint here. I enjoyed my experience at Logan's. We might visit again
