The WORST SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN AT LOGAN'S tonight for my birthday dinner with my two favorite guys! First they tell us 5 -10 minute wait which turned into 30 minutes and the while time there was atleast 5 empty tables. Then waitress gets our drink order and i had a free appetizer coupon so we order that and asked her for more napkins. The steak was a joke; literally! My son noted that I would have gotten more meat by combining two white castles together than I got in a $20.00 steak 😳 It was cooked well though; a small plus. The main thing for me, it was nephews birthday; it was where he wanted to celebrate his day; he had fun! I "pass by" there nearly everyday; but doubt I will be dropping in again soon! By the way, our waiter was nice, but overworked; I had to ask the manager for a drink refill 😐

Wait for 25 minutes then got seated ordered out food which took 1 hour only to be sent back because it was cold. We will not be returning did not like it or the experience.

Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had a Logan's. I was missing my ribs, my husband had to ask for his meal after we all were served ours. Food was warm at best. And one of the waitresses when asked about my husbands dinner, rolled her eyes at him. I won't be visiting the Logan's in Reynoldsburg on 256 anytime soon
