Never coming back! We got there and waited for a good 15 minutes to be seated.( It wasnt even that busy) Then the waiter got our drinks, and totally forgot about us. Didnt even bring us peanuts or bread, we had to ask for it. Never came to ask for refills. Then he finally came back to take our order. No lie, we waited more than 1hr 30 minutes for our food. This has always been one of our favorite places. Tonight the service SUCKED!!! It was awful. We waited 22 min just to get a drink. Had to ask if we had a waiter. Then another 30 on our food. My husbands steak was raw in the middle. Had to send it back. Our waiter couldn’t keep up and only had 3 tables. I’ve been a waitress. I don’t knock the job and that sometimes it can get busy. But it wasn’t. 4 other tables complained.

We waited an hour for a table, which was to be expected on a Saturday evening, even when we were told 45-50 minutes. When we were seated, after half an hour out order had not been taken and we didn’t have rolls. The server explained it may be a while since she had two tables seated at one time. Been there, done that. I’ve been a server. If you can’t manage two tables, you shouldn’t be a server. We ended up walking out, which is something I NEVER do. I work hard for my money and won’t spend it on lazy service.
wonderful service and great food. this was our first time going but will not be our last.
Had to select "slow" service because "non-existent" service was not an available option. Sat down at 3:55pm, a slow time, according to Google. At 4:25pm we got up, not EVER having seen our server, and after having advised the hostess. That is the second "incident" at Logan's on Atlanta Highway...in as many visits. Outback will be our first go-to from now on, as we do not want to waste our time.
Tried to make reservations for my son's graduation lunch, 20 people were coming they don't make reservations on Saturdays and they don't make exceptions. Well you lost 20 customers for the day. Hope your management and owner likes losing business.
