My daughter’s birthday dinner service was great food was awesome and timely.
My to-go chicken wasn’t fully cooked!!!!! Very disappointed pregnant lady here
Just left!! Service was HORRIBLE!! Waited over an hour for our food and when it came my filet was cold, my husbands shrimp was cold and uncooked. The other person in our party’s shrimp was also undercooked and he ordered his steak medium rare and it was well!! Asked for the manager and all she did was an apology (not very sympathetic) and only compensated my husbands meal only because he refused to eat it. We WILL NEVER return! We stopped tonight (Saturday) around 8pm only 6 tables seated in the whole restaurant. My husbands food came cold, after waiting over 30 minutes. They did cook him new food, but I had to eat mine and by the time his came I had finished. Our waitress was nonexistent, for the price take your money elsewhere.
The service was not good!! I’m done with Logan’s!!!!!
Always a great time at Logan’s! It is always a pleasure when Robin is our waitress. She is amazing and so sweet! She makes sure I am 100% taken care of and knows how to put a smile on my face! ❤️
