Tonight experience was truly a good one. We arrived with a party of 11 and was told a hour wait. We understood it was a Friday evening and saw multiples parties waiting. 55 mins later the mgr sends out a platter of bread to our party and the other big party that was waiting after us. Then we were seated with our waitress Star and she handled us like we were the only ppl there. Food came out Hot and Correct. Star was truly a great server and I look forward to coming back.
The food was good the 1st time, but the 2nd time within the same week it was terrible and the service was lousy. I left without eating and just paying for my drink!
My 1st time and it will definitely be my last. Our waitress was rude!!!!

I brought my daughter here for her birthday very disappointing ordered food and brought wrong order and food was cold and overcooked food was unappetizing menus were sticky for sure not going back
Recommendedless than the 20 min wait they told us. I had the combo 6 oz sirloin & ribs - cooked to perfection. my friend had the prime rib & loved it. Service was great. & we timed it so we beat the crowd! will be back!
Went into logans in Livonia, Mi with family, which is normally a good experience. Tonight service was horrible. Had to ask for our side dishes when food arrived, fiancees salad came with her meal, service was slow and lacking. I still left a 10% tip which i felt was still generous and the waitress Star decided to chase me up to front of restaurant and rudely ask me if i wanted my tip back and began to point at the 15% tip at bottom of reciept. Seriously, if you want 15% earn it. Will not be returning again.

The food was great, but the service was even better. Shout out to Star! She was the best! 😁
