love it the food was really good. and the service was good. the bathroom was clean.
Waited for 20plus mins for food and then when it was brought to the table it was cold. Server never brought water or checked to see if we need refills on beverages.
A group of us went to Logans in Livonia, MI last night, we use to go often about 2 years ago. The service and food was really bad. Waited forever for our drinks and food. Got a steak cobb salad and meat was tough and they didn't bring dressing. We asked for it twice and finally 15 minutes later when my friends were almost done I got my dressing. It wasn't crowded and I can see why, very disappointed.
avoid this place they were out of hamburger their excuse was they had a busy weekend that was five days ago that they had the weekend when I started complaining a pound of hamburger Too Late by then though
They really really Suck !!
awful experience today. will never go back. I think management needs changing if this is how they operate. poor slow service. waitress was on her phone and had her back towards out table we had to get her attention for checking out and service. most of the employees were at the dumpster when I left having cigarette breaks. Not a good image
