All the staff was unhappy and complaining the food wasn’t hot or fresh. We won’t be back.
I had a carry out order Hostess Naadia and server Ty that helped me were very nice and told me the wait would be at least 25 minutes which was fine don't rush my food, but I will call in next time.
Horrible service and manager is horrible do not recommend this restaurant
Stopped at Logan’s in Livonia tonight. One of the worst experiences. The hostess first tried to seat us at a dirty table. Waited over 30 minutes for our order to be taken, another 15 after that for rolls, ordered our steaks medium well and they were dry and way over cooked. The bathrooms were horribly dirty and smelled of marijuana. We will never step foot in Logan’s again. Black Rock has now just gained us 100% as customers.
Was at Logan's this past Sunday and was very disappointed. Waitress did not come with my food in a timely matter. Had to tell her that I was waiting over 15 minutes for my food. Food was good, but I felt like I was doing her job for her.
Ordered a BOWL of potato soup which was $4.50 it was only a very small amount then I asked for a salad with a grilled chicken which cost $10.50 and it was so nasty the chicken was so dry I couldn’t even cut it it basically went in the garbage $15.00 wasted this is the third and last chance they get to give me horrible food and take my money!
Don’t go very slow service we place our order but when arrive it’s not what I order when we return it they never came back with the correct order we asked for the manager but by then the damages or wait has been done.
The food was delicious and our server Sherman was excellent!!
