I had a disappointing meal there this week with a new waitress. The Manager did make it right and took the meal off the bill but it stinks when you go somewhere expecting a nice meal and you have a frozen side salad, send it back and the 2nd one comes out frozen as well. Order Steak Tips and order them medium rare...the waitress did not inform me the steak tips could not be ordered that way so they came over done. My family and I stopped in after a fun full day of Christmas activity’s and well let’s just say this was the worst steak we have ever had!! I ordered a Porterhouse medium well and it came out burnt to a crisp and was well under done!! Looked like a blood bath when I cut it open. And my son ordered a sirloin also medium well and it came out burnt to a crisp and leather!! So over done it was crazy to think this was a steak house!!
bad service at the bar: very small bbq wings and fried onion mountain was ridiculously small. first time here
