Even on a busy Saturday night we had great service. The staff and management at this location are awesome!
Got here at 5pm and was told 15-20 mins. 25 mins later I went to ask how long and was told another 15-20 mins. Finally got sat as a table of 2 when we were a table of 3. We werr seated for 15 mins before anyone came to take our drink and again was served as a table of 2 for our drinks, rolls and plates.. Very disappointed. manage and train your staff correctly!!!
Waitress didnt pay no mind to us.And how do Ribs come out before french Fries😑
Well it took over 45 to get food after ordering. Rolls were great and very hot, but no plates to use. Sandwiches good but fries were a little cold. Not hot and crispy. Server pleasant and gave advice on which coupon was best.
Recommendedpeople were great and fast and food was also great!
We’ve been to Logan’s before and were always happy. Today was our first time ordering burgers... never again. The sliders were overdone and the sweet rolls (they give you for free) were used as hamburger buns! My husband ordered their signature burger - onions were tough and hamburger overdone. Very disappointed in the food today. 😞
The food is awesome! We got the new bacon on a stick appetizer.👍Burgers. fries, and a Mississippi brownie. But what made our experience so awesome was our waiter, Brian! You can just tell he enjoys his job and he has a great sense of humor. Five stars for Brian. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered to go on August 15. The order was completely wrong (fairly certain it was the complete wrong order in general, should have checked before leaving). Called to speak with a Manager, he took my name and number and said he would call back as it was “dinner rush”, he apologized and I understood. No call. Waited 3 days, called back. Same excuse, only this time was told “lunch rush”. Tried to call again a week later and was “disconnected”.
