The place was like watching a sinking ship, the poor lady next to us at the bar ordered a frozen drink. The staff had no knowledge of how to run the blender or slush machine. I finish my whole lunch and the lady next to me just got here drink. Why would you not staff the bar area and where was management????? They should help support their staff, I felt bad for the poor waitress that had no help.

The service was horrible. We had to ask for refills/rolls and peanuts and track down our waitress. The food wasn't that good and it was missing things that we ordered. when we asked about it it was disregard and we were made to feel like an inconvenience. For spending 80 dollars you would expect better service and better tasting food.
We love Logan’s but this is by far the worst service and food quality we have ever experienced with Logan’s, would not recommend this location to anyone.

I take my kids here every year for their birthday so they get the “yee haw” thing done right? This year I’m extremely upset at the service we had last night, my steak was complete fat, rare rare and barely warm in the middle I asked for medium, though I know that’s not the waitress’ fault how my meal was prepared😏the waitress never came to refill our drinks or even check on how our food was, but was stopping at her other tables numerous times & when I brought up my steak being fat she asked me “well I’m not sure what we can... read more

We placed an order for pick up via phone as the website provides incorrect information. The burgers were thrown in the container. Fries were not fresh at all and also missing sauce for one of the meals. I cannot imagine someone dining in would be brought a plate that looked like ours did when we got home. Tried to call and wait to talk to someone is long.

I would recommend them for their food and service in the restaurant, but we were charged twice (once on the day we went (6/22) and again on 6/26). It's been over a week and we still haven't gotten credited for it. I've had to make 4 phone calls and numerous emails to corporate just to get it acknowledged. Still waiting. Quite disappointing.
