When we went there for my nephews birthday my brother-in-law went in there to get us a table they wanted to put us at one table and another table it's a birthday we wanted to sit together the lady got mad and didn't want to do it so another lady said go back outside will fix it On top of that my niece asked if they sing happy birthday to someone one lady said yeah and then one of the lady said no we don't do that we don't have enough staff for that when I was kind a rude my sister steak was not good at all. Well I see why Logan's Roadhouse in Castleton went out of service horrible customer service my daughter ordered a cheeseburger she comes out with a burger with breaded fried cheese and ground beef that's as big as to men fist. I asked them to remove the fried cheese they brought her the larger than life sandwich back with a slice of kraft cheese laying on top. Not even melted. Tasteless and horrible service won't be going back
good food. good service. its just to loud inside. but we would go back with cotton balls.
we were told when we arrived, that our wait would be an hour. it was so much less that that! our waitress (don't remember her name) was great! she kept our drinks filled and our order came out perfectly! and our food...YUM! keep up the good work!
I usually enjoy my experience at Logan's. The service and food is usually good, but yesterday was different. First, our waitress didn't check if our steaks were done to our liking - and that's usually the first thing the waitress does after placing our entrees at our places. She didn't come back and check on how we were doing. The food was okay, but the steak and mushrooms were salty. Plus, my sister asked for a loaded baked potato - minus the sour cream.
