First time we have been there and I got two gift cards for Christmas so my husband and I decided to go. It was a wonderful time. The waitress was really nice. Two managers checked on us. The only problem we had was my steak was over cooked. I ordered it medium rare and it was well. But they immediately took it back and fixed me another steak. Don’t order a bowl of potato soup to go! They give you half the portion for the price of a bowl! The manager said they only have one size bowl when it comes to take out, then they should only charge for a cup. They should probably tell you that before you order. And they did nothing about it! We won’t be back! Customer service is everything!

We’ve always had good service no different the night we were there 11/10/17. The issue for us was the food. Ordered an 8oz sirloin well done and the steak looked like a hockey puck. One side of the steak was burnt and tasted pretty bad. There is a difference between well done and well burnt. My wife had a loaded sweet potato and it was extremely dry and also burnt. Steaks over cooked and sweet potato was AWFUL. Service ok but food not good at a unfortunately. This is our 2nd bad experience we won’t be back
