The service was awesome the sirloin steak was tuff but the manger gave me a different steak free. It was really good. Thank you
Steaks were loaded with pepper, and very dry. Loaded mashed potatoes were far from creamy, and I was told that loaded meant cheese, bacon, butter, and sour cream. It only had bacon and cheese. Everything was luke warm at best. The salad was blah. The rolls were excellent. Service was okay. We won't be back.
Poor service, awful under cooked food, and to top it off...charged for the gross meal we didn’t even eat. Lost my business tonight along with many others with whom I’ll be sharing my experience with.
I was at Logan's on 9/8 with my son. He was disappointed that you no longer have T-bone steak, which is what he wanted. I ordered my steak medium, it came out well-done. I didn't send it back because it looked moist instead of dry, which I have found with steaks being well-done. It was. Overall, I was satisfied with the food and the service.
