The service was hands down natalie was on top of it all never a empty glass she made up for the burnt ribs friends said ribs was bad now my steak was over cooked but beer was cold . The service natalie was great . Food cook needs work

Worst Logan's experience we have had! "Out" of Roadhouse Tea mugs, so we got very small glasses but charged the same price. Ordered Enormous Nachos, got soggy potato chips instead of Nachos and after we asked about it, waitress told us they must be out of Nachos...had to pay full price and did not eat them. Out of butter for rolls, and no fresh peanuts. We love Logans, but this was terrible!
Friendly staff. Our waitress was amazing and the food was awesome.
food wasn't as good as I expected..,manager was great service was good,logans 1st opened in Chattanooga with a great menue and awesome food.over the years food quailtyu has gone down menu has changed ,,,logans you need to get back to where you was when you opened that 1st store on gunbarrel road,.quality ingredients great food,,

We ate there for dinner. The food was good but I asked for a medium steak and got medium rare. I dont mind eating it that way so I didnt complain. My daughters potato soup was cold and she said it didn't taste good.We told.our.waitress and the manager cameout and apologized and took it off the bill. I was satisfied he took Care.of the problem. That was all I asked.for.
