We ordered a ribeye steak and a porterhouse steak both with two sides plus an appetizer of fried pickles. The food was good except for the porterhouse. There was a lot of gristle. We told our waitress, Ariel about it. She told the manager. He gave us an excuse about that’s the way porterhouse steak is sometimes. I’ve never had a porterhouse steak with gristle before.
