Very rude service so we took our party of 30 elsewhere. Unbelievably rude work staff!!!

Celebrated my son's birthday on April 14 with family and we had a party of 8 that evening. Logan's seated us fast and provided great superb service. Our waitress says it was her first week and we were her first big party. She kept our glasses filled and brought rolls out in a timely manner. It was the best service I've ever experienced at the Jackson Tn location. And we left her a wonderful tip for great service she provided. Keep up the good work Logan's

It’s about the food and the atmosphere. Food was top notch. Service was excellent. However, our table was close to the drink station for the servers and I am extremely disappointed that a better dress code was not enforced. Blue jeans hanging around the middle of someone’s butt is unacceptable!

I loved my experience and everyone was super nice
The food was good but we waited A long time to get our food and they really weren't that busy

Horrible wait time! Waited 30 to even be seated, 30 more to order our food and almost an hour waiting for our food. We arrived at 530 and by the time we got our food and actually ate it was 755! The food was mediocre nothing like other Logan's we have ate at, however our server was nice so that was our only plus side of things there!
