Food is not good as it use to be, it looks nothing like the picture once you get it, the chicken was dry waitress did great not her problem with food she just delivered

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took a hour to get our food then 15 min for her to come back to pick up our checks with credit card. I got tired of waiting and left cash so instead of the $5 tip she got change from a dollar

I went here last for a pick up order got back to my hotel to eat the steak was bad it smell like dead dog I will never recommended this place to anyone and I called for refund it was a big problem not got good I will be calling their corporate office first thing Tuesday morning and I know the names of all who didn’t help me

I had the Flo's filet and it was delicious! Our waitress was awesome and took very good care of us. Excellent service!!

If I could give -5 I would!!!! We went here for dinner July 15 2018 , we put our name on the list they said a 30 min wait. We looked around and they had Over 10 tables open and all the sections. So this boy and I assume was a busboy asked if we could be seated yet and come over to us saying asking if we would like to be seated now. We said OK but a woman and another yellow shirt yelled at him and said you better get over here and shut up stop talking to them because that’s not your job. RecommendedThe wife and I stopped in here because the Old Town Spaghetti Store was closed for vacation. We had about a 10 minute wait and was seated soon after. The waitress was attentive at first but she kept disappearing after she took our order. The appetizers and our food was spot on. I would definitely recommend LOGANS to all my friends.
55 minutes after arriving - them being out of ribs and out of the bar-b-que chicken, I decided on fried shrimp. When the shrimp arrived it tasted like it had not been washed before fired. The manager took off my bill and apologized. So he tried but ...
