Went there with wife and her family on Columbus day and they didn't have anything.....no fries, no ribs, and several other things.....I got the make your own combo and wanted fried shrimp, ribs, and fries .....I ended up with soggy fried shrimp, a dried up puny steak and a vegetable skewer that was more tomatoes than anything .....at least the rolls were hot though we didn't get many ....my sons chicken tenders looked like they had been sitting in a warmer all day and his mashed potatoes were cold .....we were not impressed ... read more
great customer service and great food
Wrong steak (ordered strip, but was a sirloin) bright lights (felt like I was at work), changed football game to hockey (who does that?), brought rolls out (after we finished our meal), never saw a manager walking around, music system crackles, TV had a gross brown stain on the screen, menus were sticky, and $8.50 for a small glass of wine was crazy, but the only thing I enjoyed there.

Good food (not fabulous), inexpensive, cheery service. Steaks ribs beer all well presented

The service was horrible the waitress came and took our drink order after bout 20 mins she brought our drinks then took her another 30 mins to take our order they never brought our bucket of peanuts then our food came out after about a hr the food was great but the service and the waiting was horrible
