need better workers and people that know how to cook I used to love this place but after today I will never come back again! I was served the wrong steaks they gave us like 8 fries if that as a side they burnt the mac n cheese and we didnt see a single manager there the entire time!

We went to Logan’s last night service was terrible took forever just to get our water had to ask for lemon 5 times the waitress took our order took forever to get our salad there was 5 in our party she brought out 4 rolls 4 of us was almost finished eating before my daughter finally got her steak we had to ask for it then I’m usually very satisfied with the food and service but last night I was very dissapointed!

The best place to eat anywhere! The people are wonderful!
I will not be back at Logan's!! We had poor service tonight! It took 1 hour before we were served rolls, it took another 2 hours before our food was served to us then to top it off, they served my cheeseburger on light bread. our mozzarella sticks was burnt. poor service and all the manager said is that she was sorry. I was not happy at all. I will not be back!!!

Went Friday night got there at 6:30 finally left at 9:30. Steaks and prime rib were cold when brought to the table

Went there today and usually have pretty good food, but today my hamburger steak was burnt. Sent it back after waiting over 40 mins for it and it came back out laying in mashed potatoes which I ordered it plain! It was same steak but in mashed potatoes. The service was bad and the manager never came to table and waiter said we will remove it off bill. Very disappointed and won’t be back!

My wife and I brought the family to eat. I ordered the 22oz steak, it came to me more like a 12oz. My salad wasn’t fit for a rabbit. My son-in-law ordered the ribs and they were tough as leather.
