My self and 5 other ladies went out for a b-bay dinner. Things started off great until our waitress Ryleigh Hillard started getting confused. We asked her twice for the b-day shout out. To top it all off she just laid our tickets down and expected us to just sort through things ourselves. As we was walking out I over heard her talking about us to the other workers. This was the first time I ever had a bad experience.

After working there from 2006 to 2013, Logans is STILL a favorite place to kick back and enjoy a quality meal. Between veteran servers and newbies, I have never had bad service, and the food is always on point. They are quick to fix an occasional error, the place is always clean (even with peanut shells scattered about). The Logans in Florence is my preferred location.

Tonight we were there in a large group for a birthday party. Our waiter, Dez, worked very hard and had a good attitude. He had a lot to put up with from such a big group. Thank you, Dez.
