I asked for my steak to be cooked tan all the way through. I like for it to be done but I don't want it burned like charcoal. My husband asked for medium rare. My steak came out with visible blood and my husbands came out tan all the way through. We had the waitress take the steaks back and cook them correctly. They sent my original steak back to me burned like charcoal but my husbands came back fine. I didn't say anything else but my son did. One of pops favorite places to meet up with his granddaughter for a great steak. Our favorite waitor is Cain, he is always on point with a big smile. They dont normally incorporate any bday celebration but he did a special shout out for my daughters 21st. You will not be thirsty or ask for anything, Cain has you covered and the food is delicious. Great steaks, easy location, clean, comfortable environment
