Our waitresses were nice (we were a party of over 20 who had called ahead), and some orders weren't correct, but we expected that with a big party. The management was the problem. We waited an hour after we finished eating waiting on our check. My husband finally asked for the manager (it makes me nervous anytime someone takes my debit card back to the kitchen for more than just a few minutes). Food is consistent, service is good and prices are very reasonable. You get what you pay for here (maybe a little more). They don't claim to be Ruth Chris. I've never received less than I expected at Logan's Roadhouse.
