It was the worst experience ever. My wife an I waited an hour and a half for our dinner and we were told it would be another twenty-five minutes. Our waitress was a trainee who should have been watched more closely and she told us all the help was quitting. It is easy to see why this company is in Bankruptcy.
Our whole experience was Terrible at the Bossier City location. from the hostess to the management. we got sat with a highchair next to a party of 20. which the location was a fire hazard. (I'm a former restaurant manager) the salad was wilted and tasted like plastic, the steaks wernt done to what we asked for. my husband sent his back twice. they were VERY dry and he had shards of foil in his baked potato from them cutting the foil Into it, our food was cold and it took forever for a manager to come talk to us. I would definitely recommend Logans Roadhouse it's an great place to celebrate any type of party you may have. Paul was our waiter and he was truely accommodating to all of our guest with whatever we needed . carly the inhouse manager was very nice and helpful and heather the kitchen Manager was very helpful as well . I had my inlaws 50th anniversary here and everyone enjoyed the party and the experience here at Logans Roadhouse! thank you kellie matthews
great friendly atmosphere..we had a party of 12..we had to wait on our table and food but that was more time for us to communicate and get loud and enjoy ourselves

They are awesome, thank you for all. Yes I love 💕 Logan’s. It’s the best restaurant in Bossier City, Louisiana.
My husband and I went for lunch today. It took 40 minutes for us to get our whole order. My husbands salad came out late and had cold chicken. Then he was told his soup was in the microwave. Why were we told that? It was a horrible experience. Would not recommend this location.
