We waited 20 min on drinks. Then we waited another 15 in a salad. Been 40 minutes and still no food. Service was slow. Manager seemed clueless when I asked him about this. Want be back. Our steakhouse in Natchitoches would never put up with this kind of service
They aren't consistent. Teachable/training moment: Check all of the to go orders, make sure that EVERYTHING is there. Own up to your mistake(s), and make it right.

What you order is not what you get.
The only decent thing about our visit was the waitress. The food was so awful that the manager discounted our ticket, but didn't bother to come to our table to discuss our issues. We had to wait at least forty minutes to get our ticket too. There were only four other tables so they definitely weren't busy especially for a Friday night. The waiters were all huddled up in the corner. Someone definitely needs to "clean house."

Nice place would go again
The server we had was good but the meal was not. I had a half rack of ‘fall of the bone ‘ ribs and they were tough.How do you get tough ribs? My husband had a sirloin that was cold and even colder broccoli. My son ordered prime rib rare and got very well done and had to send it back. So needless to say we won’t eat there again
