Took awhile to get our food, but the staff were very friendly and the manager stopped by our table which is great!
My wife and I went to Logan's on last night September 25th 2017 for a celebration. Our service was spectacular the waitress was very polite and checked on us every 5-10 minutes made sure our drinks were refilled as soon as they started getting low I can't remember the waitress name but she was awesome. And the best thing of all the steak that I ordered medium was just that Medium nothing more nothing less. Every time I'm in Bossier City, we eat here. Always very good and servers excellent. I recommend to eat there.

We both go to Logans Roadhouse in Bossier City quite often. We've been there when they have been really busy and when they're not quite as busy. From the time we arrive until the time we leave, we always have excellent service from the waiters/waitresses. We never had to ask for refills on our tea. Our food has always been cooked the way we like and we have never waited long for our food. I would give them zero stars if that was available. We went there last night for dinner! It was pouring rain and they were definitely not busy at all. I think we may have been our server's only table. She started out strong, but man after 2 minutes I was already disappointed. She never refilled our drinks and it took forever for our food. and when I say forever, I mean like 25 minutes.
