We were meeting to exchange gifts with our grand kids from Dallas, and we travel from Ms, so we decided Logans was the place, we love eating there when we in Dallas! Our experience was great, our waitress was very kind, she talked to us, talked with the kids, made sure we we satisfied. So our experience was great she gets a 10! Will tell all we know and see to go to Logans! Thanks hope to see you again!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! waited over a hour and 20 minutes for our food and none of it was right we won't be coming back

Me and my daughter went to Logsan Roadhouse on Friday around 4:00. We were seated as soon as we got there. Took our order very quickly and we ordered steaks. Both medium and they comeback perfect. My only complaint I'd have was the sweet tea. The first glass was not sweet but he did bring me a sweet tea. This happen twice. I love sweet tea and I don't like it if its not sweet. Everything else was perfect.

It wasn't busy at all ...took my girlfriend on her birthday. We ordered steaks. I ordered mine medium. It came red and bloody. It took a good while to even take our order. The food was ok not great. I wouldn't go back as the other steak house just down the road is much better.
Waited around an hour for food. (2 plates) Two tables around us got served before us and they arrived after we did. We got up and left at that point. I tried to warn those waiting to sit down. I hope they had better luck than we did. Very disappointing.

Great food; terrible service at the Bossier City location. Hardly saw the waitress during the meal; spent more time chatting/hanging out with coworkers than following up. Had to track her down for silverware and drink refill (glass was empty for a few minutes). This was a Monday night and the restaurant didn't appear to be busy.

The food was so delicious. The personnel was really polite. I would recommend this Logans to anybody. One of the new waiters paid for our appetizer and that was such a blessing.

We went there the other day around 415 and got seated immediately and it was not busy. We sat at the table for about 10 or 15 minutes and had no one come to get our drink orders or anything. After sitting there for so long with no service we decided to just leave. Absolutely ridiculous. This was our first visit to Logans roadhouse and I am pretty sure we will not be returning, at least to the one in Bossier, if this is the service standard.
