Worst place ever service sucks brought out salads had to get manager to get our drinks service was as slow as I've ever seen
Service was terrible. Sandwich bread was literally burnt. Well done steak was bloody. Manager took burnt sandwich off bill, nothing else. Took steak home to finish cooking.
Took us an hour and a half to get our food for 4 people. A table came and sat after us, had their food before we even ordered ours. Then a party of 8 was sat and was served and was totally done eating before we ever got our check. Told the manager after I had already paid (one delivered our food but ran off before I could even speak). Empty drinks for over 20 mins. HORRIBLE. I will not be going back. And did not get any kind of compensation.
The food I'm going to start by saying was quite good. But the service, the waitresses all smacked on their gum. The manager just stood at the hostess podium and didn't come around and speak to anyone. Not to mention the waiter who waited on me, he had the personality of a stale piece of bread. I like going to restaurants where the customer is treated like a loyal customer. Won't be back to this Logan's!
Good service. Coldest beer around. Can't beat their 22 oz barrel mugs!!!
Great service, but we were not a fan of the fire alarm going off several times in a row.
I asked for no tomato n no "amazing sauce" for my fried cheese hamburger. I received tomato on it without pickle n the "amazing sauce". My bun was brunt and the hamburger was so dry I almost choked on the first bite. My fiancee's steak was supposed to be medium well and it came out very dry over done. Plus when we asked for a refill on our drinks, it took the waitress 15 to 20 mins to bring our drinks back to us.
