got 12 min left of my hour lunch break and my food just got here and the service is shit will never come back for lunch

If you're a Logan's lover like us, no matter how good the food is you will not want to come back to this location. Worst service and both steaks sent back. One came back same as before. Was not busy tonight and we ended up waiting for drinks, rolls, and checks each for over 10 mins. The manager ended up taking both meals off the check since we had to wait so long and I never even received my correct steak(I told the server I don't want it since my baby was getting cranky and I had to go to the car to nurse him).
The waitress was not friendly. She was irritated when it took longer than she wanted for me to decide what to order because they no longer had what I usually get. I ordered a filet mignon, medium and it came back overcooked. They brought another one that was much smaller and bloody in the middle. I never got a drink refill. We had 3 people in our party and everyone's food was horrible. No one ate much of their food. Picked up dinner last night to bring home. The WORST meal I've had in a long time. My steak was horrible. There was not much steak, just fat and gristle. My "loaded baked potatoe was just a potatoe. Thank God I ordered extra rolls that I was charged for that I would have gotten for free had I eaten at the restaurant, my dinner was a side salad and a roll. Worst $60.00 I've ever spent. NEVER AGAIN.
Took forever for dinner rolls to come out. Some were good some were not. Beef steak had so much salt on it. The waitress said she had to go clean glasses so brought some drinks in glasses some in to go cups. Mind you only 10 customers maybe were in the whole building. The new Mac and Cheese they have is nasty my kids nor my husband would eat it. Service over all was slow. Will not be back.
This place is so nasty and our food was spoiled.

Been there before and me and my wife loved the ribeyes. Very good service!
If there were an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that!!!! Food, service, and price was awful!!!!
