RecommendedStayed here September (was for 5 nights) only got 1 night in due to Irma. Hotel staff great refunded straight away and gave us time to vacate due to hurricane. We will be back again from Australia to re do this amazing hotel and Miami very soon!

RecommendedStunning hotel, the staff are genuinely great but - why did it take such a fuss to get a kettle brought to the room? 3 times I asked for one and then complained to the management. Such a simple request, I don’t understand why they found it so difficult!!
