So, im a life long Marriott member and thought i would try Loews because I've heard good things about the hotel. However; the one in New Orleans does not live up to what I've heard. The staff is wonderful but I was sold a particular package which included free dinner when I arrived. Well I arrived and the restaurant is closed until the weekend. RecommendedSuch a beautiful location and kind staff! We loved our family vacation here and especially with their movie by the Pool was great for our son!
It’s too bad how this hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. If you get a suite you have to pay $15 extra a day to have a refrigerator and a microwave. And that’s on top of the daily resort fee. I’m going to start spending my money elsewhere at other resorts. Which is too bad because we stay here usually every few months.
