I was here for a conference. Beautiful hotel, but super expensive. How is valet parking $33 a day? ? How in the world can 1 daiquiri and a shrimp quesadilla ,appetizer size, for lunch cost $59 ?!?? Seriously?! But the conference rooms gave no electrical outlets to plug in tablets or phone? With the money they are charging for the food, booze and parking, surely they can upgrade the conference rooms . It’s only fair.

If our daughter was older we could have used their excellent kids club but they assisted us with all her toddler needs! Estefania at the desk was really helpful checkin us in, Danny at the concierge service gave us a great recommendation for the Everglades tour that was exceptional as well as a fantastic seafood dinner option on Espanola Way and last but not least Shon at security said hello to us on our way back from the beach and sent... read more
