RecommendedI'm an events DJ. I'm in and out a lot of hotels on South Beach. The guys that manage the loading docks and security always make it seem like it's an inconvenience for them to help. Not at the Loews the dockmaster and Security and Banquets Manager could not of been any nicer and very helpful. The best of I've experienced.

RecommendedThe renovation was still going on; although the homepage had said differently when we booked:( - but we were upgraded to a junior suite which was very, very nice:-) The room was renovated:-), it was a large room with sofa:-) the bathroom was excellent:-) - and the amenities were great:-). RecommendedCelebrated family bday in one the Cabanas. From the moment we arrived we received VIP treatment . Cabanas were clean and fruit platter awaited us. Jessie is one of the best! She made sure the bday celebration was a memorable one!

This us the third time that we stayed in this hotel. This time was under construction but all the problems that we have related to our room have nothing to be with that ! Our toom do not have 100 % blackout so 8 oclock it was all the light ; one day there is no cable so no tv and every day around 5 pm the fans from the lure restaurant were making noise until 1130 pm All the rest very good ! Staff at the pool and beach was nice the food and drinks great ! But we will check if we may stay there again !!
