RecommendedThe hotel is beautiful and the renovations are beautiful the location is beautiful. However, I found the concierge was poorly informed. For example, I wanted to know of nearby art galleries To shop at that evening to browse and purchase original art. I was directed to a a small community art school that was closed hours before and does not sell art at all. What an absolute waste of my evening going over there to find that the concierge at one of the top hotels in Miami doesn't know the basics of where an art gallery is. It w... read more

RecommendedVery nice hotel with a friendly staff. Upon checking in they upgraded us to the Presidential suite which was quite amazing. During the holidays the pool is too crowded.
