I did not stay at Loews, but we did dine at their restaurant, Poydras and Peters, and it was fabulous! So chic, great customer service, and you couldn’t beat $15 bottomless mimosas.

We stayed for the first time in New Orleans and at a Loews hotel.....both were wonderful. Happy hour was awesome, we took advantage of it most of our 6 night stay. Very friendly staff and loved the free coffee and flavor water stations. All in all we would stay here again for sure!!!

Great happy hour. Great view from the top floor(s). King suite is gigantic. Room service was very prompt and bell/valet service was always available.

The hospitality is great ,nice friendly and courteous staff and the view is amazing overlooking the Mississippi River ,and the heart of the city .
Amazing wedding venue! Awesome accommodations for our family and friends! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to NOLA!
This hotel is not worth the nightly rate by any means. We just stayed there for 5 days. The staff is great. The rooms are not. The Loews name is supposed to be a top notch name. Not in this location. Our room had stains on the sheets, stains on the shower curtain, peeling off paint in the bathroom, rusted vent grill. $260 a night... take your money elsewhere
