Beautiful Hotel , love it !!
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a musty and unpleasant smell. I asked the front office to spray with an air fresher but the odor lingered for the entire 3 day stay. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The lamp on the right side of bed did not work. They provided only one bar of soap for the entire 3 day stay. The water was lukewarm all 3 days in the shower. valet wrecked our car and hid it from us, drivers side door which they run to open upon arrival and keep door open when your car is retuned to you, 3 days were there, told my wife we cant find your car..really
last minute my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to spend the day in new Orleans just us, I stumbled across this hotel and took a leap of faith a booked a room a day or two prior to the date. The staff greeted us with smiles and kindness and the room was absolutely beautiful! We order room service for dinner as well and breakfast and the food was great! will definitely be back!
From check in to check out, this hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious and the bar makes a great drink! The concierge and valet were very attentive.
Top notch establishment. From the beautiful views, to the tasty room service. Everyone was so hospitable. The beds and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable. Loved my stay.
