So, im a life long Marriott member and thought i would try Loews because I've heard good things about the hotel. However; the one in New Orleans does not live up to what I've heard. The staff is wonderful but I was sold a particular package which included free dinner when I arrived. Well I arrived and the restaurant is closed until the weekend. Ms PJ Ohlan was truly exceptional! She called in advance to confirm our room. The bellhop on duty was so helpful and efficient with valet parking, luggage, etc. Ryan was incredibly kind and welcoming at the front desk. We were made to feel like true VIPs and valued guests. Scam hotel. Had no electricity/water and still stole my money.
Awesome experience at the Loew’s. Location is great across from Harrah’s with lots of restaurants and bars close by the hotel. Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great amenities. Definitely will be back again.
