Certainly had a great experience with our stay! The room was excellent. We had breakfast at Adelaide’s and the service and food was very good! Thanks to our waiter Raj!!!
A grateful shout out to those hotel workers at one of the few Hotels open the year following Katrina, when the airport lost my luggage the day before a big meeting. The staff took me under their angel wings and got me hooked up with clothes, shoes and cosmetics helping me to get to the big meeting bright and early, and on time. #RandomActsOfKindess #PayItForward #LoewsNewOrleans
This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. I stayed at a Loews in Monte Carlo on my honeymoon and we really wanted to stay here again. However, I was at the bar for 20minutes and my bag was stolen. They took all my ID wallet, etc. The hotel didn’t want to call the police, I had to do that on my own. They said someone would be in touch with me from the hotel but I am waiting. Leaving to go to the airport in about an hour. Still no one. My husband found the thieves on the hotel security camera.
