My favorite place to eat. Love the Brisket and the Shepards pie... Better than Slows BBQ in my opinion
Our Women's club V. W. S C. Had a awesome time there yesterday, atmosphere was great ,the hospitality was great, and most of all the women were great... MUCH LOVE LOCKHART'S BBQ !!
Went at 4:30 on a Sunday not many people in for dinner service was slow none of the servers had smiles dinner took about 40 min.to get Brisket was good would not hurry back

Absolutely amazing! We went on Mother's Day and chose to wait for a patio table. Worth the 15min wait. Great food, excellent staff, very very satisfied with our first visit. They say first impressions are everything... Lockhart knocked it outta the park!
Excellent! In spite of being Mother's Day the wait wasn't too long. Would be nice if there were some benches out front to make the wait a little nicer on a beautiful day. The ribs were great and so was the brisket. My favorite green beans and sweet potato fires were perfect as usual.
Nice and spacious... Cool staff. Good food. Right in the heart of downtown Royal Oak. Awesome drinks.
