Everything about it was EXCELLENT!!! The waitress was wonderful and could not have been more professional and friendly!! We went there based on a recommendation from a friend! So glad we did! We will be going back!!! Smoked foods were great.
I've been here well over 30 times and I will continue to come back. Their brisket is the best I've had, and the smoked pork nachos are to die for. Also highly recommend the saddle brisket burger! Only once I've had an issue here and it was rectified on the spot. Continue the great work guys!

I had the longhorn sammy (hate that word) and it was delicious.
I ordered a “2 Meat Combo”. I had a double order of the Brisket. The brisket came to me cold and full of fat. I did say something to the server about it and she was very nice and brought me a little bit more but that was dried up. We decided to leave and I did not eat what was given to me as a replacement. I was very disappointed by this as I had been wanting to try this restaurant for months. I was very disappointed with my meal and I do not believe that this was “Lockhart’s best”. Lockhart's has become our favorite BBQ when we are in the Detroit are. Outstanding food and great atmosphere.
Went to your restaurant Friday December 22nd for a family Christmas dinner (12 people), was the first time I had been there(as I live in Gaylord), will not be my last, food and service were awesome!!
