I got a free birthday dinner...Your brisket is like butter OMG!!! Your sweet potato mash is amazing, and loved the Mac & cheese. I've tried your ribs, ham, Turkey and brisket, the brisket so far is my favorite, my daughter loved the ham.
I called on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. to make a reservation for the following Saturday night for 8 guests. I was placed on hold and told I must speak to the manager on duty. A woman named "Kaitlyn" answered and told me I would have to call back after 8 to make a reservation. Kaitlyn then admitted she was not the manager, but the manager told her to tell me to call back later. I explained that I would not call back later and Kaitlyn's response was "I'm really sorry." I have been to Lockhart's several times and I am usually satisfied with there food. Today however was a totally different story. Your quality of food no longer matches your over priced menu. We had a slab of ribs, smoked wings, and sides. The smoked wings were so tough, when the extra sauce for the wings arrived it had a piece of hair floating at the top of it, the potato salad had to be sent back as the potatoes were hard and not done. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Waitress told me that the margaritas were 6.50 after ordering 2 of them she told me they were 9$ each which wasn’t a problem, however it’s the principle! Following that the food came out cold the sides were disgusting! We sent them back and the waitress caught an attitude talked crap about our table to the manager right in front of us, VERY unprofessional! Will never go back!
We went for brunch and it was horrible the food was incorrect the first and second time this was after sitting there for over an hour. The sad part is the server actually served it and tried to tell me that what I ordered is what I got and it wasn’t. Once he realized he was incorrect he apologized . He was Very rude also served burnt coffee. It was a absolutely never go back this is the second time we experienced terrible food and service.

I had my husbands birthday dinner with the whole pig and it was amazing. Everything was wonderful!
We had phenomenal food and lots of it!! Great food, great service!I wish they bottled the BBQ sauce and sold it!!
It was great food. But for 2 glasses of wine, 3 beers and a brisket sandwich our bill was over $60!! And their Guten free menu was a “what’s not gf” which made me go back and forth between menus. A big pain. The brisket was very tasty. That’s all I can really say.
Best beef brisket on the planet. Just my opinion. Makes the whole city of Royal Oak smell better
