We have been a customer for years and we updated our heater and added zones and they knew about how much we would be sending extra in fuel. We call them when we get low and they look up the next time they will be out. They have come when we requested at no extra cost. We had to pay late a few time due to our paychecks not clearing fast and they were cool when we explained what happened. Communication is always great. I have been a customer for about 2 years. They have gone out of thier way on two occasions to ensure that I was completely satisfied. They even sent a truck to my house on the day of my request even though there wasnt one in the area so that I would not run out of oil and they didnt charge any sort of "delivery fee" or "emergency fee" I have heard that others charge. I have recommended this company to at least 4 other people already. With great service and some of the best prices around, why not?!
ALittle disappointed... Have used them for several years, great services no complaints until recently... paid my most recent bill with them at 32 days instead of 30 days - charged 30.00 late fee and was told that we had to become cash only customers.. I was a little shocked... never had an issue before... I will still use their services, but wish they would not punish all their loyal customers for the actions of a few.
We have been using Local Pride for quite a while....never had a problem, service is wonderful...always polite and courteous...always make the delivery when stated!
Great company to do business with
Ive been getting oil there for years.. never a bounced check etc.. I asked them once to hold a check for me for a week and you thought Id asked someone for a free tank of fuel..
Company prides itself on being the local company and friendly ect, Billy, the owner is just the opposite of that, very difficult to deal with. Money is clearly his top priority not helping out his customers. I will never do business with them again
