Have used them for 4 years now and never had a problem, in fact, theyve always been very nice. Next day delivery, and sometimes same-day if the message was left prior to the business day beginning. Im bothered that people give bad reviews to a decent business for not being able to pay, or not holding a check for a few days until it can clear? I had been a loyal customer of Local Pride until this winter. I have changed oil companies, I had used them for about 15 years and was told after I had some financal difficulties and had to have fuel assistance(I had never paid late on my bills) and was told that I was a cash customer from that point on. I was also on automatic delvery for YEARS and they almost let me run out. Then the bill was over \$800. I was not happy and will not return as a customer.
I am very disappointed in the service. After 6+ plus years of using Local Pride it was very disconcerning that they refused to deliver to me. My kerosene is empty and I could pay cash when I got paid 4 days later and they refused???? I will never use their services again and wonder whats in the name Local Pride?
Loyal Customer for 9 years. Then we had burner trouble...Dissappointed in Management. Driver very nice to deal with but the company itself is high in price and when we didnt go with them to install the new furnace they said that we could buy oil but no burner services would be done. LOL Nice guys! NOT... Pick another, better customer service company!
