i rented from lobos management the whole time that i was in college and never had any problems with them. the best thing about them is that you can pay your rent online. all of my previous landlords made me send a check in the mail and that was a pain. who even has a checkbook anymore? i paid my rent right through their website. i never had anything go wrong in my apartment but i know the neighbors had some heating issues. the company sent somebody out to fix things so i guess it was okay. i'd rent from them again.

Got a great apt on Ellsworth Ave from these people. Perfect location that is really close to lots of great party spots. Property is nice and the rent isn't too bad for the area.

I moved to Pittsburgh from Chicago about a year ago and rented an apartment from Lobos Management. Although the online reviews of the company did not look so hot, the sheer number of apartments available in the East End and Squirrel Hill areas of town made it really easy for me to find a great place to live. My family and I live in the Eden Roc apartment complex in Glenshaw and have been here for six years. The property management firm has always been quick to repair any major problems that we've encountered, and the location is great. Very close to schools...so close that the kids walk instead of waiting for the bus. We're in the process of buying a place in Shaler, but if we ever needed to rent again, Lobos would be the first people that we contact. Thanks for taking care of us for the last few years! - L. Nice buildings in shadyside, but i don't know if I would rent one of the apartments in Oakland. Maybe if I was a student, but some of those places look pretty run down. my place in Shadyside is really great.

When my wife and I moved to Pittsburgh, we searched high and low for an apartment that was within walking distance of CMU. Although there were many to choose from, lots of the landlords that we spoke with were pretty sketchy and it seemed like they might be running some kind of service scam. If I could track down those guys on Google review, I'd share my experiences and would warn others about them. Then we found Lobos. I rented from lobos for a couple of years and i've got a great tip: if you want your security deposit back, don't destroy your apartment. I learned this the hard way because my roommates liked to party a little too hard. After moving away from them, I always got back my security deposit from the landlord because i'm a good renter. Just a tip!

I come to study at the University and live in Lobos Management apartment building. Right next to the beautiful campus so I can then walk to class and to meet with new people in my field. All convenience at its best and to recommend to other students, highly regarded.
