I've currently been renting from Lobos Management for about a year now, and I would have to say my experience with the company has been exceptional! The apartment and building located on McFarland Road has become a beautiful place for not only myself, but my kitten as well. I love that the building is cat friendly! Really great place at a great price. These guys helped me get into my apartment quickly and with little to no hassle. A+
At the beginning of September, I moved into an apartment building that is managed and maintained by Lobos Management - Bentley Apartments. The building is right on Fifth Avenue in Shadyside, and I couldn't ask for a better location. I'm close to work, public transportation, and all of the the shopping, food, and bars in Shadyside. I can walk to work, Target, Whole Foods, Giant Eagle, the Harris Grill (my favorite place to drink), and if I need to do any major shopping, I can pick up a bus to the Waterfront right in front of ... read more
I move to the PIttsburgh in 2010 and rent a lovely flat in the Oakland neighborhood. My building is known as the Ashley Place and it is very nice. There are big windows and that I can see the street below reminds me of home. My best thing about the flat is the laundry right in the building. In France I must go to the laundry station to clean my clothes. I walk to work and enjoy the area very much.
Me and my wife just got separated and I needed to find a place to live fast. Job is in Bellevue so i couldn't go too far away and when I was searching on the computer I found a bunch of apts. run by the same people. I didn't need anything too fancy and the lobos company helped me make the move pretty easy. I got a nice efficiency apatment that is the perfect size for my stuff and the price is good. since i still pay on the morgage for my wife i needed an affordable place and lobos did it. Sumner Place.

Just moved into Hobart Square in Squirrel Hill. Place is really nice and perfect for my budget.
i rented from lobos management the whole time that i was in college and never had any problems with them. the best thing about them is that you can pay your rent online. all of my previous landlords made me send a check in the mail and that was a pain. who even has a checkbook anymore? i paid my rent right through their website. i never had anything go wrong in my apartment but i know the neighbors had some heating issues. the company sent somebody out to fix things so i guess it was okay. i'd rent from them again.
