Unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant and careless staff, first on the list the owner/manager. If a could give 0 i would do it! You are obliged to pay 500$ deposit for the association and i do not even know why. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the approval and i had to call them to discover they had on the desk my envelope there not opened, so the lady in charge opened the envelope while i was on the phone with her and she said oh but you have to send me extra 500$ in order to send you the approval letter. Rudest most abhorrent organization around. Do not use them for anything! They don't care about those they manage and they choose to focus on nonsensical things like garbage bins and grass and dirty roofs. Your safety or that of your property is not of their concern, nor is following state mandated association laws. They will selective enforce what they choose upon who they choose. They run this ship like they own your house. Stay away, far away! Beware!!
