I was a longtime patient of dr.liu Shang he was a very professional psychiatrist in my eyes and my view I was with dr. Pill doctor. I saw him for about 10 years. When I first began seeing him he was ok but prescribed a pretty large dose of Xanax to me for anxiety. As time went on he gained a reputation as a croaker that just gave you Xanax for his fee of $75. So alot of shady looking characters filled his waiting room. Then many pharmacies would not fill his scripts. He started a policy of not answering his phone. Then one day he said he was retiring effective immediately.

He was the type of doctor who would spend enough time to ask you a generic type of question "how are you? Did you spend holiday with your family? Then when you try to explain that you are estranged from family which he should know if proper notes were taken. The time he spent was long enough to write your scripts and on to next patient. He gave controlled substances to anyone who could pay and made no difference in his eye's who were real people in need of help and the 'drug abuser'. Dr Lui was your proverbial quack.
